Er besteht aus vier Dimensionen: Continuous Exploration, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment und Release on Demand. Jede dieser Dimensionen umfasst wiederum vier Aktivitäten. Bei Continuous Exploration sind das beispielsweise Hypothesize, Collaborate, Research &amp; Architect und Synthesize.</p>
