AI-Native Change Agent Training
Builds on AI-Native Foundations and shows how to make AI initiatives succeed: recognising typical pitfalls, maximising value, and applying a structured process to implement AI solutions. Participants learn the full AI solution lifecycle and the Change Agent role as mediator between specialists and the business.
Leading the AI-Native Organisation Workshop
An intensive one-day workshop where leadership teams develop a shared AI strategy, create a prioritised investment roadmap, and establish governance to move from scattered pilots to scalable value creation.
SAFe DevOps (SDP)
A two-day course covering DevOps competencies that accelerate time-to-market. Participants explore the CALMR approach (Culture, Automation, Lean, Measure, Recover), map their delivery pipeline from idea to cash, and build an action plan for faster release cycles.
SAFer for Hardware: Agile Methods for Physical and Cyber-Physical Products
A two-day course teaching teams how to integrate lean-agile principles into large-scale hardware development. Participants learn to apply SAFe methodology to mechanical, electrical, and cyber-physical systems to accelerate time-to-market and improve cross-discipline collaboration.
SAFe for Architects (ARCH)
A three-day scenario-based course that enables continuous value flow by aligning technical strategy with business goals. Architects explore their role in SAFe and practice making architectural decisions using Lean-Agile techniques and economic trade-offs.
Scrum Essentials
A two-day foundational course that introduces the Scrum process, roles, events, and artifacts through hands-on practice. Participants learn agile best practices such as release planning, backlog management, and estimation, and how to address common Scrum pitfalls.
