With more than two decades of experience spanning software engineering, architecture, consulting, and executive leadership, Romano bridges strategy and execution to help organizations deliver outcomes in complex environments.

He is the author of “The Cybernetic Enterprise: How to Build a Future-Ready Organization” and a regular speaker at industry conferences. Romano also contributes to the tech community as a lecturer and organizer of DevOps Meetup Zurich and DevOpsDays Zurich.
