&lt;p>In August 2025 I will release my new book, The Cybernetic Enterprise: How to Build a Future-Ready Organization.&lt;/p>
&lt;p>It is the product of two decades spent guiding enterprises through DevOps, platform engineering and, more recently, AI-driven transformation.
