&lt;p>In this talk, Romano Roth uses the world of Westeros as a mirror for real human dynamics: from the &amp;ldquo;five demons&amp;rdquo; of violence to the &amp;ldquo;four angels&amp;rdquo; like empathy, self-control, morality, and reason. Building on this, central conflict types, escalation levels, and de-escalation strategies are presented, complemented by personal survival strategies like meditation and regeneration.&lt;/p></description></item></channel></rss>
